After years of build up the GDPR finally comes into effect today. These new data protection regulations will help give control of data back to the consumer and keep personal information safe for all EU residents. We assume (and hope!) that your business is ready for the GDPR and already has everything in place to ensure compliancy but if you have any final tweaks to make to your data storage and privacy policies then today is the day to implement them. There’s no time to waste, the GDPR is in effect now.
