If you’re a WordPress blogger, developer, designer or just a fan of the world’s biggest publishing software then attending a WordCamp might just be the perfect way for you to meet like-minded people and learn even more about WordPress.
WordCamps are billed as ‘casual, locally-organised conferences covering everything related to WordPress’. If you’re planning on attending a WordCamp you can expect to enjoy seminars that teach you how to use WordPress in the most effective way, how to develop plugins and themes and hundreds of tips and tricks to help you get the most out of WordPress.
We attended last year’s WordCamp Europe, which took place in Leiden, Holland and had an incredible time. The venue was fantastic, the event well-organised and the atmosphere was great. In fact, we had such a brilliant time that we’re returning to WordCamp Europe this year.
The event is taking place in Sofia, Bulgaria from September 27th – 29th and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. We’re so excited to be attending such a wonderful event and the three of us who will be there to represent AWESEM can’t wait to meet more members of the WordPress community.
