Later this month (on May 27th, to be precise) WordPress will reach its fifteenth anniversary and the milestone is being celebrated by a number of online and offline community events. With a decade and a half under WordPress’ belt, it’s the perfect time to take a moment to reflect on the incredible community that WordPress has brought together over the years.
A dedicated WordPress 15 website has been set up to share a list of the planned events, as well as give community members the opportunity to set up their own local event if one isn’t yet taking place. UK events are already planned in Belfast, Cheltenham and Leeds and you can RSVP today to secure your place.
The #WP15 hashtag will be out in full force throughout the celebrations, so if you aren’t able to attend a local event then you can still join in with the fun by sharing your thoughts on social media. Who knows, you might even see your Tweet in the WP15 social stream.
